Coffee beans or ground kipling: monsoon coffee.
It was born almost by accident, back in the 1800s, when coffee from India was used in London, which, following weeks of travel, had become laden with moisture. This factor caused a strange yellowish patina to form, which was discovered over the years to be the secret of this extraordinary coffee. The only way to recreate this peculiarity is to grow the beans in India, during the monsoon season.From these crops, our Kipling blend, a full-bodied, intense and spicy coffee, was then born.
