Payment and Shipping

  • For orders of less than EUR 35.00, Armeno Caffè will charge a flat rate of EUR 5.00 throughout Italy. Shipments to Europe are discounted by EUR 6 on the regular rate.
  • Delivery shall be made to the address and according to the methods that the customer will communicate when placing the order. The expected modes of transport and the relative costs applied to each type of service shall be indicated and calculable on the website.
    Deliveries are made by the carrier at street level. For deliveries to trade fairs, shopping centres, etc., rates may be subject to surcharges, subject to prior notice.
    Goods always travel at the risk and peril of the customer, who may request an insured service at extra charge.
    We do not ship to post office boxes.
    Armeno Caffè cannot under any circumstances be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused by late delivery of an order or loss of the same by the courier.

    The Customer expressly acknowledges that the availability of products indicated on the website may not correspond to the actual availability in stock due to synchronicity reasons between the various sales channels of Armeno Caffè S.r.l. For this reason Armeno Caffè S.r.l. reserves the right to check the actual availability of the products ordered online by the Customer and in case they are unavailable, Armeno Caffè S.r.l. will promptly inform the Customer at the contact details provided and if necessary will proceed to full or partial refund. The Customer will not be entitled to claim in any way against Armeno Caffè S.r.l. for non-availability of the products ordered online.
    All the products in the catalogue are represented by means of digitally processed graphic images, therefore for all the products in the catalogue the images shown are for illustrative purposes only and are not binding from a contractual point of view.
    Armeno Caffè S.r.l. will ship the ordered products to the customer in the manner described above, using express couriers and / or forwarding agents, Armeno Caffè S.r.l. will undertake to process orders in the time and manner indicated on the website(s) within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

    It is understood that it will be the responsibility of the customer to verify the correctness of the data contained in the order confirmation sent by Armeno Caffè S.r.l. to the Customer. Any objective inconveniences such as strikes, transport suspensions, etc. will constitute force majeure and Armeno Caffè S.r.l. will arrange shipment as soon as possible. Shipping times are indicated on the website(s) and refer to goods ready at our warehouses. The indication of these times is purely indicative and not binding on the conclusion of the order, any delays can in no way justify the cancellation or give rise to claims for compensation for any direct or indirect damages by the purchaser. In case of use of express courier equipped with a system for tracking the shipment (tracking), as this system pertains exclusively to the carrier, Armeno Caffè S.r.l. will not be liable for any anomalies that may occur during the monitoring of the delivery. The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the Customer under the conditions expressed on the website(s) in the ‘shipping costs’ section or equivalent. Delivery of the Products is subject to payment by the Customer of the relevant price with the payment method chosen from those made available on the website(s) by Armeno Caffè S.r.l.

    It is the Customer’s obligation to check the integrity of the goods upon delivery before signing the waybill. Once the courier’s consignment note has been signed, it will not be possible to contest any tampering with or damage to the goods delivered.
    The tax documentation (invoice or receipt) is issued by Armeno Caffè S.r.l. will be physically enclosed in the package or will be delivered later at the request of the customer. It will be the Customer’s responsibility to be available on the day scheduled for delivery of the order. In case of absence or unavailability of cash by the customer in case of cash on delivery, the courier will make a further delivery in the following days; at the second failed delivery the courier will send back to the sender, then to Armeno Caffè S.r.l., the package ordered. Using the ‘Notes’ field, you can request the parcel to be held at a Post Office at no additional cost.
    The Promotions offered by Armeno Caffè S.r.l. are valid while stocks of the products last and/or until the date specified in the promotion itself as well as within the purchase limits indicated on the website(s). The offer of any free products is in any case valid while stocks last.
    On the Armeno Caffè site you can use the following payment systems
    – credit card
    – PayPal
    – bank transfer in advance

    Below you will find all the details to help you choose the payment method you prefer. Bear in mind that each payment system has different timescales and your order is only prepared when we receive credit of your payment on our account.

    CREDIT CARDS
    Stripe is the platform that handles credit card payments. All you have to do is select ‘Credit Cards’ on the checkout page, enter your card details and click ‘Confirm Order’.

    You can choose between:

    payment by credit card. The system accepts the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, VPay, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express;

    PAYPAL

    Armeno Caffè s.r.l uses the PayPal platform for your payments. After confirming the details of your order, by selecting this payment system, you will be redirected to the PayPal platform. Enter your PayPal account credentials and complete the payment.
    In this case, the crediting to our account takes place in real time and your order can be immediately prepared for shipment.

    BANK TRANSFER IN ADVANCE

    By selecting ‘Bank transfer’ on the checkout page and clicking on ‘Confirm order’, your order will immediately be confirmed, but will remain ‘Pending payment’.
    In order to be able to receive the ordered goods, you will have to make the payment of the due amount by bank transfer within 5 days from the order confirmation.
    In the reason for the bank transfer, please remember to always indicate your order number and the customer’s full name, as stated in the order.

    It takes 2 to 4 working days for the credit to appear on our bank account and thus for the products ordered to be shipped.
    The transfer must be made from a bank in the country where the order is invoiced.
    The transfer must be made within five (5) working days from the Order Confirmation that Armeno Caffè s.r.l. will send you. If, after this deadline, the amount is not received, the order will be cancelled.
    The goods ordered will only be sent after receipt of payment.
